Due to the dynamics of construction projects, changes are not avoidable and not only affect the scope or cost, but especially the project deadlines.
Delays occur in most projects and if their causes are not resolved during the project execution, claims to make up for the costs incurred are frequently presented to avoid risks and possible penalties.
