We provide project specific training so that all staff involved in a project have a better understanding of the contract conditions, the contract itself and the risks.
Very often caa is not involved from the beginning of a project however we are there to assist you when the project reaches a critical situation. If during the project execution changes or disruptions arise and the parties cannot come to an agreement about cause, effect and solution we can assist you to bring the project back on track.
Our intervention starts with detailed analysis: We study the contract, review the situation on site and examine the project record. Based on our investigation we provide a clear picture about the possibilities of success, opportunities and risks and the way to proceed.
